Yes. We work with all major carriers, write the estimate and any supplements, and bill the insurer directly. In most claims the only thing you pay us is your deductible.
Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We repair with OEM parts only. Aftermarket panels rarely fit like the originals, and on newer cars they can interfere with sensors and crash structures. If your policy only covers aftermarket parts, we explain the difference before any work starts.
What warranty comes with the repair?
Every collision repair carries our 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on workmanship and paint. If something isn't right, bring the car back and we make it right at no charge.
Can I choose your shop, or do I have to use the one my insurer suggests?
You choose. New Jersey law gives you the right to have your car repaired at any shop you trust — the insurer can suggest a facility, but the decision is yours. Tell your adjuster you're using Waxman of Tristate and we take it from there.
