Photo estimate FAQ

What people ask before sending photos — answered straight, no strings attached.

How accurate is a photo estimate?
Accurate enough to plan around. From 4–8 clear photos we can price the visible damage the same business day. Hidden damage behind panels only shows up in teardown — if we find any, we document it with photos and handle the supplement with your insurer, so the written number moves only when the facts do.
What photos should I send?
Four to eight shots from your phone: the whole car from each corner, two or three close-ups of the damage, the VIN plate at the driver's door and the odometer. Daylight helps. If the car can't drive, tell us — we'll arrange towing intake first.
Is the estimate really free? Am I committing to anything?
Free, written, and zero obligation. You can take our estimate and compare it anywhere. No mailing lists, no follow-up pressure — a service advisor answers your questions and the decision stays yours.
How fast will I hear back?
On business days a licensed estimator reviews your photos and calls or texts you back the same day, usually within a couple of hours. You get a written estimate by email plus a call to walk through it.
Do you handle the insurance claim from here?
Yes. If it's an insurance job, we bill the carrier directly, write any supplements after teardown and deal with the adjuster ourselves. In most claims the only thing you pay is your deductible.
