What's a supplement?
The first estimate is a starting point.
A supplement is the paperwork that gets hidden damage paid for. Adjusters usually write the first estimate from photos or a quick walk-around — before a single panel comes off the car. Teardown tells the real story.

Know your rights
In New Jersey, the shop choice is yours
Insurers may suggest their network shops. A suggestion is all it is — the law leaves the repair decision with you.
- You may choose any licensed repair shop — your insurer cannot require you to use theirs
- You can ask for OEM parts; we'll walk you through what's written on the estimate and what your policy allows
- If your policy includes rental coverage, you're entitled to use it — we coordinate pickup and return around the repair
- Your deductible is all you pay us; the rest is billed directly to your carrier
If a claims rep says you "have to" use their network shop, you don't. Bring us the estimate — and if it comes to that, we're happy to be on the call.
